Delta Line International for Information Technology LLC (“DLI”) operates deltaline-it.com and provides IT and software services. This policy explains how we handle your personal data, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect. Details you give us — name, email, phone, company, and the content of your enquiries or service requests — and information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser, and pages viewed (via cookies and server logs).

Why we use it. To respond to enquiries, provide and manage our services, meet legal and contractual obligations, secure and improve our website, and — where permitted — send updates you can opt out of at any time.

Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email, IT), professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Where we handle data inside our clients’ systems, we act on their instructions as a processor.

International transfers. Some providers may process data outside the UAE; where they do, we apply the safeguards required by the PDPL.

Your rights. Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction, or erasure of your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us below. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Retention & security. We keep data only as long as needed and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
